Mango & Ginger Smoothie

A new smoothie is in town. Inspired by a recipe on pinterest, I’ve created an amazing simple, healthy treat.

Mango & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 very ripe mango, skinned and de-pitted
ginger (1-2 inches), finely chopped or grated
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Freeze the mango and ginger in a ziplock bag. Once frozen, take contents out of bag and dice it. Put contents in the blender with yogurt and 4 ice cubes. Enjoy!
