Recently someone shared this website with me, and I’ve found it to be a great personal resource. Pray-as-you-go is a ministry of the Jesuits in Britian, and the nuns and monks have recorded a daily prayer session to listen to. They describe it as…

It is not a ‘Thought for the Day’, a sermon or a bible-study, but rather a framework for your own prayer.

Lasting between ten and thirteen minutes, it combines music, scripture and some questions for reflection. The aim is to help you to:

become more aware of God’s presence

listen to and reflect on God’s word

grow in your relationship with God

The Holy week recordings (especially today’s!) have given me a deeper understanding on the days leading up to Christ’s death as resurrection. I encourage you to play it while you are in resting position with your eyes closed, alone, and free of any distractions or interruptions. What a great way to begin your day!
